A Glimpse at the STI – GenSan Campus Ministry . . .

Just this afternoon, I was able to meet again the STI-GenSan Campus Ministry students. This is our first meeting for the second semester. We decided to change the day of our regular meeting every Monday instead of having it every Wednesday. And we will continue with the flag pole prayer every Monday, from 7:00 – 7:15 AM, just minutes before the classes start. This, we do to pray for the whole STI family and of course, every activity and need of the students for the week.

I praise God for the lives of the students who were more than willing enough to be an instrument of salvation to their co-students. Aside from our Monday fellowship, we will still meet every Friday for our prayer meeting where prayer requests will be gathered to be prayed together along with other concerns of each member.

To God be the glory for His miraculous way of endeavoring students through the members of the campus ministry to come and join the campus fellowship. Just this afternoon after the meeting with the members of the campus ministry, there was a student who approached me about joining as a member. I welcomed her and she further told me that there were two of them . . . they were both first year!

This could be a way that God can reach out students to fulfill their individual calling in the ministry. I am fully convinced that God is working in the hearts of his children at STI. And along with the members of the Agape Campus Fellowship, I pray that God will continue to shower His favor abundantly and will open many doors for His grace that is unfathomable.

I am fully convinced that God is totally in control of everything!  “There is no higher calling nor there will ever be greater honor than to bow and kneel before God’s throne . . .”, the song goes! God’s glory is amazing and His mercy endures forever! And forever will God reigns . . . because there is no other name than the name of Jesus Christ!
