Blessings Start from the HEART!

What a pleasant morning to greet the day with awe  knowing that the Lord has always a
new hope, great favor, &  strength for  us. His grace never ceases!

The last few days had been enormously stressful because of the huge responsibilities. People around are expectantly waiting for positive results  to their requests.  Everyone hopes to be accommodated.  And everyone wants a fair & just  outcome, with all hopes  that everything would just be alright. Yeah, people would always hope for the best  no matter what would that be.

It’s something tough to have a number of people to manage because one needs to adjust with each  temperament. Most often than not one has to carefully determine which one’s motive is personal, emotional or just and fair. As much as possible the option of accommodating is always @ the brim. Nevertheless, one has to consider that priority has to settle on what is just and what is fair for everyone.

Funny it may seem but come to think of it, no matter how simple the issue, there are always reasons added to make it complicated. We realize at the end that the kind of a thing is just as easy to solve as eating pie . . . that is when one settles on what is Just & Fair.

I believe that it’s just a matter of interpretation. How one interprets would either makes sense or ends up messy. No matter how a situation complicates the way it is interpreted, our understanding to weigh things out is foremost.  There is always pressure. Seemingly  because everyone has a suggestion . . . and each one wants their suggestion to emerge. And trying to settle it calmly matters.

The truth is, we cannot put our standards  and thoughts on other person’s situation. They have their own reasons and struggles too. What we are apt to do is to be on the right perspective.  Calmness in the midst of stressful situation helps ease the burden. The emotional control has to come from within. It is a blessing to be acting as if nothing stressful happens at all. It is our choice to always feel blessed deep inside.  There are many blessings surrounding us.  God’s insurmountable grace is abounding. His presence alone in our life is worth everything. We see and feel His presence everywhere and at anytime we need Him. Our faith says, we are blessed! Indeed, blessings start from the heart!

Creating an Atmosphere of JOY!

After last night's body massage, the back pain I've been suffering for two days  is totally gone. I thank the Lord for that. Sometimes,  a pampering massage is all we need to face  another day's challenges. Health is wealth as the saying goes, that's why it is a wise thing to consider a massage and some health supplements when we are having piles of work to do. We cannot go on in a working mood when we don't really feel good.  It pains and will stress us out.

We do create our own atmosphere. We can choose not to become
what we do not want. Nevertheless, there are times that we choose to become what we do not want because we stop taking chances along the way. There are situations where  anxiety  brims us. The book of Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight." Yeah, from time to time, we need God's presence.  In the book of 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Apostle Paul says: "Pray without ceasing." Wherever we are and whenever possible, let us open our mouth and pray in the spirit. Even if we don't open our mouth, our spirit can pray without ceasing.

The Lord is good all the time. He wants to always bless His people. He wants just the best for His people. He always wants to be with His beloved and communicate to them in a special way. The Lord may manifests His presence in a situation where we need to earnestly response. And during this moment, know that He is there just beside us . . . ready anytime if we need a reinforcement!

Brethren in the Lord, let us focus our mind to Him, in Him and just for Him. God deserves the honor more than anything else. He deserves the best worship, ever! To God be the glory forever and ever, Amen! LET US CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF JOY in the LORD!!!

Everyday is a Favor from God!

A day is just a passing through but with so much to bear. The downstream of life is seemingly unbearable. Though it's not our cup of tea, somehow it affects us in one way or the other. It saturates within, we feel it, we think about it, and we find ourselves bearing it and emotionally attach to it. Why is that? This kind of a thing is not ours, It's other people's thing. Then why are we feeling it and even absorbing it? What's all about it?

This is the thing called burden. This is what God wants us to feel and see through our spiritual eyes. God wants us to bear the burden of other people so we can pray for them. He allows us to see and observe our surroundings and catch sight of its needs so we can intercede and earnestly seek God's face through our prayers. It's not only through our trials and dilemma that God speaks to us but also through other people's predicament.

God desires to talk to us in a very intimate way.....that is, talking alone with him!

I am in the academe. Many problems are puffing one after the other. Nevertheless, It  always refreshes me
every time people come to seek advice or if they want to share some problems and concerns. It is because I consider it an opportunity  to share the goodness of the Lord in my life and  the lives of other people as well.

Thanking the Lord everyday is not enough. I can't even thank the Lord enough even if I would have to say it every minute or every hour. No matter what comes up, thanking God must be a way of life for us. At the close of the day, I marvel how much of God's grace amazingly  meets my daily needs.

Indeed, God's grace towards the day is unfathomable!
It is His unmerited favor!

God's Favor is Manifested in Every Way . . .

It’s been a little lighter now than the previous days. I mean lighter because there were people around who made my day ……. Giving me a hand shake & a hug, praying for me, telling me I’m doing good, dropping by just to ask if I’m ok,  giving me a smile and exchanging laughter  especially when I’m loaded with commitments & responsibilities. The are people though who came from nowhere just to tell me, “thank you” for giving my time to them and bearing the patience,  listening to their stories.  Thanking me for the advises I had shared is more than enough to feel lighter and good.  God uses people to manifest His favor in my life.

Sometimes the one we didn’t expect is the one that gives us a relaxing aura. Consequently, we feel disappointed and frustrated when our expectancy fails. That’s because we expect more that what normally comes. The best thing is, let us be happy with what is on hand and wait with great faith that God is always around to provide every need.

God’s favor is to bring us to a perspective
of “Thanksgiving.”

How Much Time is Enough?

It may seem overwhelming at some point, but trust me when I say that the joy of achieving a dream, far outweighs its struggle and stress on the process of fulfilling it. The depth to tap success is pointing out to a certain limit of time, wherein if it goes beyond the time frame and success hasn't been hit yet, we end up frustrated and disappointed.

Time has its own terminal point. The book of Psalm 90:10 tells us:  "The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away." There is a designated moment to settle things out because it has its own perspective.  Our lifespan is too short. How much time do we have to bond with our loved ones, to say hello to our friends, to go outing with family, to hug and say we love them. And how much time do we still have to fully do the task that God wants us to accomplish?

Life is too short to be wasted. Every moment wasted is a lifetime. And redeeming the time is
momentous. As the clock ticks to a second, a minute, or an hour has always a precious work to do. A vital task comes along, with every beat of the heart and every move of the clock’s hand. If we miss the task done, we would again wait for the time designated for it to be done. Do we still have enough time for tomorrow? Can we borrow the time tomorrow to do the task we missed yesterday?

People work hard to earn, and stress out so much to save and accumulate resources just to die and leave everything behind amiss. The book of Matthew 6:19-20 emphasized;  "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal.”

But on the other side of it, we can mesmerize how awesome the Lord is. We can testify God’s favor and grace and how God blesses. One thing to remember; God blesses us so that we can be channels of blessings to other people who are in need. We can be lights to shine in the midst of darkness and a salt to savor emptiness.

Our Flight Back Home . . .

Life is but a temporary journey.  It gives us happiness, struggles, and dilemmas, but
needless to say, we cannot force life to stay until it’s time for it to depart because it has its own cruise. Nobody has been given an authority to manipulate another one’s life except that it is permitted of him/her. Everyone’s destiny is based from the blue print that God designed for everyone to live.

There’s seemingly an end to everything. Nobody controls  time and nobody holds time. On the onset, everyone will be accounted of the choices he/she makes. That’s why the options that we pick are obviously what determine our life ahead. Its results, whether disapproving or encouraging would be a contributing factor for us to become the person God wishes us to become or to go astray and suffer the consequence.

On our way, heading north or south, always has something ahead for us to accomplish. Tough it may seem, or easy it may be appear to be, expect that there’s always a situation where God tries us and puts us to test in every possible way He allows. But It’s an awesome thing though that we are controlled by an Omnipotent being(Almighty), an Omniscient God(All-knowing) and an Omnipresent God (All-present).

His love is so stubborn that even if we continue evading from Him and trying to walk away from Him, He still keeps on following and stalking, making it possible for us to be trapped on something so that we stop and listen to Him and call on Him and consider Him. By then, we feel frustrated, tired and defeated. And that’s the time that God opens up His arms  and gives us comfort like no other.

Our flight back home has no reverse. . . There is no turning back! After death, we face
eternity. No more time to repent. No more time to get back and start life anew. Death is not even the end of life but facing life eternal is. This is the moment of excitement for those who are ready to meet the Redeemer, Jesus Christ! But for those who are caught unaware, who died unprepared, the lake of fire awaits….and this is eternity!

Now . . .  sit back, think and evaluate. Which way are you treading? Life & Blessings? OR Death & Condemnation?

Remember, we cannot pass and live in this world again! It’s only ONCE! 2 Pet. 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
